Reservation:
Fill
out the form and press the "Submit" button
This
is only a request, not a confirmed reservation.
To
confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of total value of reservation is
required.
Payments:
Wire transfers
and bank deposits.
For
security reasons, we
don't take credit cards payments over this site.
PayPal
users: figure the room rate times the
number of days x 50% and click
on the PayPal button to process payment. Once the PayPal page opens and
you enter de dollar amount, click on "continue checkout"
to proceed with transaction. Payments through PayPal are
subject to a 3% handling fee.
Once payments are made we will
contact you with reservation details and notification of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
All
cancellations or changes to the reservation (e.g. reduction in length of stay) must be done in
writing via email.
We will refund
a 100% of your deposit if cancellation is made during two weeks prior
to arrival/booking date.
We will refund
a 50% of deposit if cancellation is made during the week prior to arrival/booking date.
No refunds will be issue for
No-shows or for cancellations made at arrival date.
Reduction in length of stay
must be done at least 7 days prior check-in-date. If reduction is made
less than 7 days prior check-in-date, the original length of stay will
be charged.
Refunds are
subject to bank fees and other expenses.
Prices may
change without previous notice.
Check in/out:
Check in time is at 2:oo P.M.
and check out is at 12:00 noon.
If you arrive early, we will
try to check you in as soon as possible.
If there is any unexpected
situation, let us know and we will make arrangements to suit your
needs.
Privacy Policy:
We do not sell customer's
information.
We do not manage your financial
information (e.g. credit card information)
We do not share customer
information with persons, companies, or organizations outside of our
hotel that would use it to contact you about their own products and
services.
The information collected
herein is for the sole purpose to contact our clients in regards this
particular or any future reservations.
Other:
Remaining Balance is due upon
arrival.
At this time our facilities
are not designed to accommodate children. We will update this policy
as changes occur.
