Reservation:
-For hotel availability, fill out the form above and press "Send".
This is only a request, not a confirmed reservation.
Due to our small size and limited occupancy, we recommend advance reservations.
However, we welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate them to our best, a one-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Deposit methods:
-PayPal, wire transfers and bank deposits.
-PayPal users: we will initiate payment request and send invoice to your PayPal email.
-Payments through PayPal are subject to a 4 - 5% handling fee.
-Once payments are made we will contact you and confirm your reservation.
-Hotel Julamis is a PayPal Verified Merchant.
Cancellation Policy:
-All cancellations or changes to the reservation (e.g. reduction in length of stay) must be done in writing via email.
-We will refund a 100% of your deposit if cancellation is made at least three weeks prior to check-in date.
-We will refund a 50% of deposit if cancellation is made at least a week in advance to check-in date.
-No refunds will be issued for No-shows or for cancellations made at arrival time.
-Reduction in length of stay must be done 7 days prior check-in date, otherwise the original length of stay will be charged.
-Refunds are subject to bank fees and other expenses.
Check in/out:
-Check in time is at 2:oo P.M. and check out is at 12:00 noon.
-If you arrive early, we will try to check you in as soon as possible.
-If there is any unexpected situation, let us know and we will make arrangements to suit your needs.
Privacy Policy:
-We do not sell customer's information.
-We do not manage customer's financial information (e.g. credit card information)
-The information collected herein is for the sole purpose to contact our clients in regards this particular or any future reservations.
Other:
-Single night stays will incur a $5 additional charge per person.
-Remaining Balance is due upon arrival.
-Currently we don't accept credit cards.
-For the general safety of the guests, unregistered visitors will be greeted in the hotel lobby area, and are not permitted upstairs.
