CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All cancellations or changes to the reservation (e.g. reduction in length of stay) must be done in writing via email
  2. We will refund a 100% (less a $10 processing fee) of your deposit if cancellation is made at least three weeks prior to check-in date.
  3. We will refund a 50% (lesS a $10 processing fee) of deposit if cancellationis made at least two weeks in advance to check-in date.
  4. No refunds will be issued for No-shows or for cancellations made at arrival time.
  5. Reduction in length of stay must be done 14 days prior check-in date, otherwise the original length of stay will be charged.
  6. No refunds will be made for early checkout regardless of reason. We recommend travel insurance to all of our guests to protect against unforeseen changes in travel plans, including weather or natural disaster issues.
